Florence has a passion for helping people experience life-changing "aha" moments having had many of her own. What does she do? She coaches people how to think. Why? Because all of our circumstances are an outgrowth of the way we think.

Florence's passionate pursuit of inner works began in 2002 after experiencing a plateau in her career and after receiving numerous sales awards over 5 years in the unit trust industry and yet not felt fulfilled. She invested money and time on self development programs and two programs impacted her deeply. For Florence, rather than getting hyped up with motivation, the programs presented some very simple principles that resonated with her inner self which began to change her on the inside. No hype, just very powerful information which, by understanding, naturally took care of the necessary changes in her paradigm, attitude, AND behavior. She loves these principles because she has discovered that they are as precise and dependable as the sciences.

She teaches that as we learn the laws, our faith can develop into a sure knowledge as we each see them work for ourselves. But first and foremost she strives to live these principles first, and share them second. She discovered the reliability of these principles at a time when she was searching for how to take her focus away from the need to make money and rather place her focus on how she may serve others.

In 2004, Florence earned the CFP® designation and now provides personal financial planning for her individual clients. Being a licensed and practicing financial planner, she understands that financial planning involves more than just money management. She discovered both the power and the limitations associated with paradigms in money management. This took her on a journey of engaging life coaching with her financial planning practice.

She received her coach training from Corporate Coach Academy, the leading coach training provider in Malaysia building certified coaches in Malaysia and the Asean region in compliance with the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest organization in the world of accredited coaches.

Trained in life coaching and financial planning have led her to believe that effective coaching needs to take into account the whole person and their life in context, not just focus on isolated behaviors. The way she sees it, successful coaching means helping people to understand themselves better, to sort out what's worrying them or holding them back, to identify ways forward with clarity and confidence and to remove real (or perceived) barriers to progress which were appropriate for application in financial planning.

She is the co-founder of Empower Coach Concepts focused on high awareness and conscious creation programs and co-facilitates “Manifesting Your Destiny” a high awareness self-discovery and activation program. She also co-developed the “SAP Model” and “TEA Model” which form the basis for “Manifesting Your Destiny” program series.

She currently serves as the Treasurer of ICF Malaysia chapter and was a past Membership Director.
